     You can easily and quickly make your reservations through the Oz Hotels official website or call center. Our payment methods and flexibility options are as follows.

     If you are sure that you will not change your accommodation dates, the "Prepaid Rate" type is for you.
     Your holiday program has not been finalized, but you have chosen the hotel and periods, the "Semi-Flexible Rate" type is more suitable for you to keep the booking with the best available rates.

     1- Prepaid Room Rate
     The best available rate is on our official website. The total amount is charged during the making the reservation stage. It is not possible to change or cancel the reservation after it has been confirmed. A refund cannot be requested. If the reservation is not used, a penalty will be applied to the entire amount collected.
     

     2- Semi-Flexible Room Rate
     It has a slightly higher rate than the prepaid room rates. Only the first night's amount is charged during the making reservation. The remaining amount of the reservation is paid to the hotel upon arrival. In case of cancellation, the first-night amount is non-refundable. Changes are valid up to 14 days before the arrival date after the reservation is confirmed. In case of changes, the remaining amount is paid to the hotel upon arrival. For reservation changes, current prices and conditions apply.

     3- Flexible Room Rate
     It has the highest price on our site. Credit card information is taken at the reservation stage. No prepayment is taken. The total amount is paid to the hotel upon arrival. Changes or cancellations are possible up to 7 days before check-in and there are no penalties. In case of a no-show or late cancellation, the first night's amount will be charged.

     Online payment with Visa or MasterCard credit card is possible for reservations made through our official website.
For reservations made through our call center, it is possible to pay with a Visa or MasterCard credit card by dialing the card information on the phone. It is also possible to pay online via the link that will be sent to you with a Visa or MasterCard credit card. For reservations made through our call center, payment via Bank Transfer is possible.

     In all your payments with Visa or MasterCard credit card; Your credit card must be open to international payments, online payments, and mail-order payments and must be included in the 3D Secure Code application. You can contact your bank for detailed information and changes.
     In all your payments by Bank Transfer; You can easily make your payment with the information in the temporary reservation confirmation that will be sent to your e-mail address.
